For the last couple days I've been suffering a fairly painful upper back/lower neck ache that's sapped a lot of my upper body strength. Damn modern beds!
Anyway, a while back, I mentioned Lumberyard. I'm almost ready to start playing around with it. I figured I better whip up a quick game to give it a try.
I'm also thinking about starting a Writing Tips section on this blog. Though grammar and punctuation aren't exactly my strong suit, I know a lot about writing story elements which I think could come in handy for novices and beginners. Maybe experts will also benefit.
Final subject, Project 1 is being delayed. I just don't have the energy to put up with the monotony. (Again, damn modern beds...) Project 2 is also stalled, because I need enough energy to dedicate to deciding how I want to do it. Project 3, on the other hand, is going pretty good, so far, it's just that, well, I have a backache, and my colleague works at Walmart, where employees who quit are a dime a dozen. So he and the other employees have had to work extra hard to make up for the missing man, which has been taxing on him.
I'm thinking about saving up for a latex mattress, which should hopefully solve my sleep issues once and for all. But the only drawback is the simple fact that they aren't cheap... and neither is game development, or book editing. But considering I'm sick and tired of being so damn tired, I'll have to make space in my budget for this mattress upgrade. I can't take spring mattresses any more, and I'm not putting up with their terrible quality and huge price tag any longer.
